The Board of Appeal assists in administration of the City's zoning ordinance. Residents may apply to the Board of Appeal to vary the dimensional controls contained in the ordinance when they believe that a literal application of the ordinance would impose a hardship. Residents may also appeal decisions of the Building Inspector to the Board of Appeal.
