Housing Authority

The Malden Housing Authority administers a variety of state and federal housing programs designed to assist low and moderate income residents, as well as the community's senior and disabled populations. The Board owns, operates and manages more than 1,400 units of housing and provides additional housing assistance through rental subsidies in privately-owned housing.
