Human Rights, Fair Housing and Disability Issues Commission

The Human Rights, Fair Housing and Disability Issues Commission will work to establish programs to assure that all residents, reguardless of race, color, religious creed, national origin, sex, age, ancestry, sexual preference, familial status, marital status, veteran status, or physical, mental or emotional capacity or disability, are afforded equal opportunity in or access to credit eligibility, employment, housing, education, recreation, public accommodations, public services and licensing, and to minimize unlawful discrimination by encouraging mutual understanding among all residents.
