GIS
Currently the Mayor's Office is overseeing efforts to implement a full Geographic Information System for the City. GIS will leverage the wide array of departmental data across the enterprise by consolidating and linking various databases to geo based displays. The system will be coupled with a wireless component allowing buidling inspectors, board of health, assessors and public safety personnel the ability to view and share Geo based data in the field.
