The City of Malden is actively engaged in a 3-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to address the City's municipal infrastructure in 4 major areas: water mains, roadways/sidewalks, sewers and stormwater drainage systems. The table below summarizes the status of ongoing work for streets within our community that are currently under construction, The table also includes streets where work is scheduled to address one or more of the major work categories. Stay tuned for updates to the schedule and/or for additional work activities to be added weekly.  This program highlights Mayor Christenson's and the City of Malden's ongoing efforts and commitment to invest in our municipal infrastructure for the future of our city, our businesses and our residents.
