The approved proposal is for a five-story structure over a one story parking podium containing 195 dwelling units located in the heart of downtown Malden. The project will include 171 on-site parking spaces and 73 off-site parking spaces for a total of 244 parking spaces. A portion of the building is set back from Main Street adjacent to the main building entrance to create an open public space for passive recreation. The garage entrance and exit will be off of Dartmouth Street. Approximately 25% of the units will be two-bedroom units, approximately 58.9% of the units will be one bedroom units and approximately 15.5% of the units will be studio units.

The first level along Main Street will include approximately 9,573 square feet of retail space. The first level along Main Street will also consist of project amenity space including, but not limited to, management offices, a fitness area, landscaped courtyards, a swimming pool and a media room.
