Three (3) - Part Time Intermittent Facility Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities:

Open up and close the Macdonald Stadium before and after various scheduled events.

The facility coordinator will be responsible to ensure that policies for use of the stadium are adhered to and that the facility is maintained during each event, including that bathrooms are stocked with supplies and barrels are provided for waste throughout the facility.

Once the event is ended, staff member will follow a check list to close down the stadium and ensure all visitors have safely exited before locking up the site.
Minimum Requirements: Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Applicants must be able to work evenings and weekends in 2-6 hour blocks of time.

Work independently and be in charge to maintain the facility from start to finish during scheduled events.

Excellent communication skills and demonstrated mature, responsible decision making experience a must.

Attentiveness to detail and ability to follow through with multiple projects.

Experience with collaborative, team-oriented environments.
-
Interpersonal skills that excel in cultural sensitivity, respect for differences and effective communication.
Hours: Staff members will work by rotating shifts based on the events scheduled. Shifts include evenings and weekends.
