HUD Reports and Notices

The City of Malden administers several programs funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). As part of these programs, the City submits regular reports to HUD, including the Five-Year Consolidated Plan, the Annual Action Plan, and the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER). These reports are posted below. Programs covered include the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, the Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) program.

Additionally, HUD publishes annual updates to Fair Market Rents (FMRs) and the Area Median Income (AMI), both of which are used in the CDBG, HOME, and Lead and Healthy Homes programs. Links to these reports are included below.

Public notices regarding these programs, including for the development of the Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plan, and CAPER, will be posted here.
