Fellsmere Park Master Plan 2022 The Fellsmere Park Master Plan articulates the community's long-term vision for this park and will assist the City in future construction projects. The Master Plan process included three public meetings in September 2021, March 2022, and June 2022. The final plan and report was published September 1, 2022.
Malden Center for Arts and Culture Concept Plan 2022 The concept plan provides a roadmap for the redevelopment of the former Malden District Courthouse at 89 Summer Street in Malden into a center for arts and culture.
Patchell Park Master Plan 2022 The Patchell Park Master Plan articulates the community's long-term vision for this park and will assist the City in future construction projects. The Master Plan process was conducted from 2021-2022.

Malden River Works Concept Plan 2020 In partnership with the Friends of the Malden River, Mystic River Watershed Association, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Malden River Works is the City's effort to redesign the City's Department of Public Works Yard to incorporate a climate resilient public park along the Malden River.
