Congratulations to our four new student officers who were sworn in earlier today. Pictured left to right here are Joseph Martinez, Andy Chen, Dan Sylva and Blake Ferry.
The student officers were sworn in at a brief ceremony held at Malden Police Headquarters, which was attended by family and friends of the student officers and officers, supervisors, and command staff of the MPD. The student officers will continue their journey to becoming Malden Police Officers on January 13th when they begin six months of training at the Reading Regional Police Academy.
