Once again Town Line Luxury Lanes Owner Anthony Decotis has stepped up to assist his hometown in a time of crisis by donating $2,500 to the Malden Together Fund. The recently launched Malden Together Fund is a collaboration of the City of Malden, United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley and several community partners to support the essential needs of Malden residents most impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Malden Together Fund will mobilize resources for emergency assistance and expanded food distribution, with a focus on those who are most economically vulnerable. The fund coordinates services to best meet the needs of Malden residents by deploying resources through nonprofit partners to prevent financial crises and displacement. Malden Together Fund partners include ABCD, Bread of Life, Just-A-Start Corporation, Mystic Valley Elder Services, and the Malden YMCA.
“I’m truly grateful to Anthony and the Decotis Family for their continued support of our community,” said Mayor Gary Christenson. “This donation will go a long way to further our ability to assist Malden families who are struggling with the devastating economic impact of COVID-19.”
