“Kashawna has been an asset to our team over the last few years and I am excited to work with her as our DEI Coordinator,” said Mayor Christenson. “There were several applicants for the role, but Kashawna’s experience, knowledge of city government, and approachable personality made her the ideal candidate for our community. She will play a critical role in continuing the good work of her predecessor and increasing the focus on diversity, equity and inclusion both inside our organization and across the city."
